Kentrosaurus

Trying to put on a plain commuting backpack

Trying to put on a plain commuting backpack, which awkwardly catches on its rows of back and shoulder spikes. The real Kentrosaurus (say it KEN-troh-SORE-us) lived in the Late Jurassic — a stegosaur that traded plates for long spikes from mid-back to tail tip. Soft, warm picture-book rendering with the proportions done right — the collection we recommend for kids' rooms, water bottles and school gear. A reliable gift for the dinosaur person in your life: matte vinyl, waterproof laminate, three sizes up to six inches.
