Acrocanthosaurus

Carrying every grocery bag from a small car trunk in one

Carrying every grocery bag from a small car trunk in one trip, arms full of plain paper bags while a single carrot threatens to fall. The real Acrocanthosaurus (say it AK-roh-KANTH-oh-SORE-us) lived in the Early Cretaceous — a high-spined ridge ran down its back, and it was North America's top predator tens of millions of years before T. rex. Painted in the Storybook style: soft gouache and colored pencil over an anatomically careful drawing — gentle enough for a nursery, accurate enough for a classroom. Matte vinyl with a protective laminate — it survives water bottles, dishwashers and about three years of direct sun.
