Chasmosaurus
Raking a small pile of autumn leaves with a plain garden
Raking a small pile of autumn leaves with a plain garden rake while a few leaves get caught in its enormous frill. The real Chasmosaurus (say it KAZ-moh-SORE-us) lived in the Late Cretaceous — its enormous frill was mostly two big windows of bone, keeping it light. Painted in the Storybook style: soft gouache and colored pencil over an anatomically careful drawing — gentle enough for a nursery, accurate enough for a classroom. Printed in our studio on 3.2-mil matte vinyl with a scratch-resistant laminate, then die-cut to the exact silhouette.
