Waiting for the bus in a light drizzle beneath an comically small umbrella beside one plain bus-stop pole; its heavy tail club rests on the pavement. The real Ankylosaurus (say it an-KY-loh-SORE-us) lived in the Late Cretaceous — an armored tank of a herbivore swinging a tail club of solid bone. Painted in the Storybook style: soft gouache and colored pencil over an anatomically careful drawing — gentle enough for a nursery, accurate enough for a classroom. Cut to the silhouette on matte laminated vinyl: 3-inch fits a phone or bottle, 4-inch a laptop lid, 6-inch a notebook, cooler or wall.
