This policy explains how Dinosaur Stickers ("we," "us" and "our") handles personal information when you visit dinosaurstickers.com, join our waitlist, contact us or make a purchase.
The shop is opening soon. You can browse and join the waitlist now. The order, payment and shipping sections below explain how information will be used when checkout becomes available.
Information we collect
- Waitlist signups: your email address, signup time, consent to receive an opening notification and a protected record used to process removal requests.
- Orders: contact information, shipping information, purchased items, amounts, payment status and transaction references. Our payment provider collects the billing and payment details needed to process your purchase.
- Support: information you choose to share when asking a question, requesting help or reporting a problem.
- Website operation: technical information that may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times in hosting or security logs. Our waitlist also uses a hashed network address to limit abusive signups.
How we use information
We use information to operate and protect the website, remember your cart, send the opening notification you requested, process payments, arrange printing and delivery, provide order updates, answer questions and handle returns, refunds or disputes. We also keep records needed for accounting and legal obligations.
Waitlist and email choices
Joining the waitlist gives us permission to send one notification when the shop opens. It does not sign you up for an ongoing marketing newsletter. The signup form does not send an email immediately.
Save the removal link shown after signup. Use it to remove your email from the active waitlist at any time. If you lose the link or need help, call 617-398-0033. Messages needed to manage an order are separate from marketing messages.
Payment information
When checkout is available, payment details are entered directly with the payment provider shown at checkout, such as Stripe or PayPal. Our store does not store your full card number or card security code. We receive order details, payment status and transaction references so we can manage your purchase.

When we share information
We share information as needed with providers that help us run the store, including website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, our print and fulfillment partner, and shipping carriers. For example, a delivery requires the recipient's name and shipping address, and printing an order requires its item details.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect customers, our business and the security of the website. If the business is transferred, customer information may be included subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising on this storefront.
Browser storage and external services
Your cart is stored in your browser using local storage. The store discards a cart after 30 days without updates when it next reads that cart. You can clear it earlier by emptying the cart or clearing this website's browser data. Blocking browser storage may prevent the cart from remembering your selections.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those files, which shares technical information such as your IP address. See Google's privacy policy. Payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies for payment functionality and fraud prevention when you use their services.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling requests, administering the waitlist, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes and meeting legal requirements. How long information is needed depends on its purpose. Removing yourself from the waitlist deletes your active subscriber record; separate security logs or backups may remain until their normal cleanup.
We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted access to private records. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents in a support request.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to limit certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons.
Children's information
Purchases and waitlist signups are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

We may update this policy as our store or practices change. We will post the updated policy here with a revised date and provide additional notice or request consent when required.
